Project for the merger of the company Bitron Video SLU.
Golmar Sistemas de Comunicación S.A. has initiated a merger process through which it will fully integrate Bitron Video SLU., a company currently 100% owned by Golmar. As a result of this transaction, Golmar will become the only resulting company, consolidating all the operations and assets of its subsidiary under a single entity.
